I am guest posting for Jessica today as part of the Friday's Fancies. I'm really happy I was paired with Jessica and I really love the craft inspiration on her blog. 
Over the week, we discussed about a theme for our swap posts and we got caught into the spring fever. Bright colours and fun prints start popping out everywhere in magazines and on the blogosphere and I was in real need of a lighter theme after the -35° temps of last week. (I am actually whining with a full belly as we hardly had any cold spells until late January and even had positives temperatures most of the time.) Anyhow, we decided to dream about spring outfits for this week. 

Longing the warmer and sunnier days I started browsing around Polyvore to come up with this spring feel ensemble.

When I thought spring, I craved nature. So when I saw this beautiful skirt full of greens and leafy print, I knew it had to be the central point of my outfit. I decided to keep the rest simple but stylish. A plain white T with a cropped jean jacket with hem details. We often get excited by warmer weather but it can still be a little chilly at the beginning of the season so I went for long sleeves. 
There's nothing like nude pumps to complete any outfit, so I chose these beauties. A statement ring, sunglasses and this big straw bag for all your spring induced shopping.

Ahh! Just creating this outfit gave me a glimpse of spring a perfect dose of vitamins! Hehe. This ought to help us make it through the last months of winter. Can't wait to see more of what the next season's styles are going to be.
