It finally feels like we're moving! This place has been madness this week. The movers came on Monday and took away most of our possessions, crated them up, and sent them on their way to Germany! We don't leave until next week, but we had to have our stuff shipped off early because it takes up to two months to have it all delivered. I'd rather be without our stuff here, where we have friends and know our way around. So, we still have another week of living on air mattresses and eating at a borrowed card table. We can handle it. We're a military family. We're nothing if not flexible.
I haven't minded the lack of television because THIS came in the mail on Tuesday...
Do you read this series? So far, Brighton is the only one I have to gush about this series to. Anyone care to join us?
Also, I have to share the kids' Easter baskets with you. This is what an Easter basket looks like for a family that is moving in 7 days...
The basket - reusable toy bin
Candy, bubbles, chalk - disposable
Small toys that easily fit in a suitcase to be played with on the plane - check.
Oh and of course, our new favorite things...eggs filled with confetti. A friend introduced me to these last year. You crack them on someone else head and confetti comes out. The kids love them. They sell them at Walmart.
I hope you all have a great Easter! We'll probably just spend the day around the house hanging out and soaking up some Spring. :)

ReplyDeleteThis site looks amazing and very informative content and blogs are available here other topics are also mentioned here on that's helpful. Peoples usually wear a waist coat in their festivals.
DeleteMoving, shifting, and changing a house or Organization form one area to another area it's not simple and easy to handle all the elements or things in the right way or perfect time. Shifting an industry it's my life experience when my organization Tranexamic Technologies was shifting from the city to another city. A number of difficulties or problems are facing all the employ, staff, and team members.
DeleteLove their baskets! super cute :)

DeleteI love this series! I'm not as caught up as you though, I am only on Lover Mine. But they're so gooooood!
ReplyDeleteMoving - crazy fun! I can't believe you guys are headed off already!
ReplyDeleteConfetti eggs? They sound awesome!
ReplyDeleteI bought toy totes too! I've never seen confetti eggs but I like the idea. I always stick a little change in some eggs so the bigger kids have their own money for the quarter machines at the grocery store. Those things will whittle away my change purse like no one's business.
ReplyDeleteAnd BDB was the highlight if my week too!
I am very jealous of you moving to Germany. Our honeymoon will be to Germany :D Can't wait!

ReplyDeleteThis summer we made a white siding. We intended to do it from the beginning, as the roof is covered with “flexible tiles” of blue color, and the combination of the blue roof and white walls look pretty good. The question is how do you deal with mud on the siding, please share your experience? Do you use any of these https://cleanhomeguide.com/spray-and-forget-reviews/? Or maybe there were already such topics, give a reference?
ReplyDeleteShifting the home is a tiring able process for noblewomen. When my uncle changed the home with me. Happily, we found the Joyce Meyer coupon code in the useless goods storeroom. My uncle is attached to books, and he owns many books in his home.
